VSD’s Human Systems Integration Director, Harry Kantrovich, Ed.D., was asked to speak at the NSA South Potomac/NSWC Dahlgren Khaki Ball. Based on his previous leadership positions as a U.S. Navy Command Master Chief and Deputy to the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, Harry’s speech focused on Chief Petty Officer leadership. The audience of 120 included the new Chief Petty Officers, Chief Petty Officers from throughout South Potomac and Dahlgren, and their family members.
