VSD’s Dave Shikada will present “Irregular Maritime Warfare” at the ITEC Conference Wednesday, May 11. The conference is being held May 10-12 in Koelnmesse, Cologne. The presentation will focus on training in the littoral environment, maritime irregulars, and antidrug patrols. The presentation team also includes Alistair Halliday with Raytheon and Rob Van Der Meer of TNO.
