VSD, LLC reappointed Dr. Harry Kantrovich to the position of Washington, D.C. operations manager. Harry earned a bachelor’s in Speech Communications from Buena Vista College, a master’s in Vocational Education Studies from Southern Illinois University, and a Doctorate of Education from California Coast University. He has held professorial positions at various colleges and has been a frequent guest lecturer of leadership courses at the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy.
Harry retired from the Navy in 2003 as the Deputy to the 10th Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy. He has worked as a defense contractor and consultant since his retirement, and is considered a Human Systems Integration specialist. Harry serves as the Fleet Reserve Association’s education advisor, and is an active member of the Surface Navy Association’s executive committee.

VSD, LLC (VSD) appointed Joe Radosky as a manager of business development. He joins VSD with more than 30 years of aviation experience within the airline, business aviation, and military sectors. Most recently, he served as the director of business development for Santa Fe Rocket Racing where he promoted new aviation training technologies to government and military organizations. He has also held regional sales manager positions at Chevron®/Texaco® and at Simcom®/Pan Am International Flight Academy® and was a marketing manager with FlightSafety International®.
Joe has a master’s in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and since 1991 has been an aviation safety team leader for the Federal Aviation Administration.
